Tidewater Digital is Joel and Eva — a co-founding couple based in Hampton Roads who believe local businesses deserve the same quality of digital work that big-city agencies charge a fortune for.
Joel writes the code, builds the sites, and ensures every project is technically solid — from day one through long after launch. With hands-on experience in software development and IT support across multiple companies, he's the engine that powers every build.
He co-founded Tidewater Digital with a clear goal: give Hampton Roads businesses access to the same caliber of digital work that big-city companies take for granted — custom-built, never templated, always supported.
Eva is the backbone of Tidewater Digital. While Joel is heads-down in code, Eva manages the day-to-day — client communications, scheduling, project coordination, and making sure nothing ever falls through the cracks.
As operations lead, she brings the organization and attention to detail that keeps every project on track and every client feeling genuinely taken care of. She's the reason things run as smoothly as they do.
